System Integration

The embedding of existing and new IT systems into an existing IT environment is what we mean by system integration. Embedding can be done in-house, where we create interfaces with other IT systems in the company. Embedding can also extend between enterprises, allowing us to integrate the IT systems of other companies. From a modelling standpoint, whether the IT systems that need to be integrated into existing infrastructure and processes are internal (in-house) or external plays a little impact.
